Installing the free plugin

  1. Download crewcommerce.zip from crewcommercepro.com.
  2. In WP Admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now, then Activate. WooCommerce must already be active.
  3. Continue with the Quick Start.

New versions of the free plugin are posted on crewcommercepro.com. To update, upload the new zip the same way and choose Replace current with uploaded. Your settings and data are kept.

Installing CrewCommerce Pro

After you buy Pro, download crewcommerce-pro.zip from your purchase email and install it the same way. Pro includes everything in the free plugin, so it's the only CrewCommerce plugin you need.

Moving from free to Pro

Install and activate Pro. Your companies, teams, approvals and settings carry over as they are, because both versions use the same data. Pro takes over from the free plugin, and the Plugins screen notes that the free one can be deactivated and deleted. Deleting the free plugin while Pro is installed doesn't remove any data.

If you stop using Pro

Deactivate Pro and activate the free plugin. Companies, teams and approvals keep working. Pro's own records, such as spending limits, comments and the activity log, are kept in case you turn Pro back on.
