The demo company
The store is Northwind Supply, which sells office and studio supplies. Its customer Hartwell & Associates is an architecture firm in Seattle, with four people on CrewCommerce. Any order a Requester places over $250 waits for a Manager or the company Admin to approve it. Three orders are already waiting when you arrive, including Marcus's $7,971 order for three workstations.
You start logged in as Sandra, the Manager. A Demo accounts panel in the corner of every page logs you in as anyone else in one click. You can also log in with the usernames and passwords below.

Things to try
- Decide an order. As Sandra, approve or reject one of the three orders waiting. A reason is required to reject.
- Pay after approval. Switch to Grace. Her order of three monitors was approved, so My Requests shows a Pay Now button. Her Demo inbox has the approval email with the same pay link. Pay with the demo card.
- Place an order that needs approval. Switch to Marcus, add a Standing Desk to the cart and check out. The order is held for approval and nothing is charged. Switch back to Sandra to see it arrive.
- Run the team. Switch to James, the company Admin. The Team Dashboard shows the company's orders and spending, and Manage Team lets him change roles.
- See the store's side. Log in as the store admin and open WP Admin › CrewCommerce for companies, approvals and the approval settings.
Good to know
- The demo runs the free plugin. Pro features such as spending limits, per-company rules and reports aren't in it.
- The demo can't send email, so it keeps every email in a Demo inbox instead. Open it from the Demo accounts panel to see what each person would have received. The demo card never charges anything.
- The store runs entirely in your browser tab. Nothing you do in it reaches us or anyone else.
